Ofcourse, if your contract of the phone is not paid of then it will never be unlocked. What this video is telling is somewhat like a crap. It only works if you don't have financial obligation of the phone. If you have existing contract with the company of your phone provider, it will never be unlocked unless you paid the contract off. The reason why the website is asking you all those information because they will call the company that your phone is contracted and use those information and looking for a newly hired call center agent and provide those imei or they are working with fraudster or syndicates to have it unlocked. For those people who got their phone unlocked, it is simply because you do not have financial obligation of the contract. All you have to do is contact the phone provider whether your account is already closed or existing. Have it unlocked with no additional cost and you save your money for it. Make sense now?

I bought a new " factory unlocked" Galaxy A12 from eBay... When I turned it on and tried to use it with my AT&T sim... I got " ineligible for unlock " It evidently was a T Mobile phone. I'm waiting for the refund. Probably won't get that either.

For free? Because all I did was test my new unlocked Galaxy A12 with my neighbour's sim card to see if it was working properly, because I couldn't yet afford to set it up with a carrier. Just putting the sim card in my phone erased all my data, factory reset the phone, and carrier locked it. If I can't afford to set it up with a carrier yet, I sure as heck can't afford to go paying all that money just to unlock it again.

My Samsung A12 was already unlocked after buying it from a MetroPCS store,,You can check if your A12 is unlocked already by going to Settings, Connections, More Connection Settings, than Network Unlock..It will show right there if it's Locked or Unlocked or may even give you the option to Unlock it.

All you have to do is back.up your files on google drive or any external drive like a micro sd. You factory reset the phone because everytime it updates, there are residue files that are kept on the storage. Every updates of your software files including system and apps it will consume your internal storage. To avoid residue files, do a factory reset, You can also re set.up your phone as brand new and download those important apps and update your system files.

This video is promoting the unlocking company. The truth is, the website itself is putting a disclaimer that it does not get you off from the contract. What it means is that, if your phone has a financial obligation from the courier, it will never be unlocked. Especially in US phone provided by phones by a courier, it will never be unlocked unless you are lucky if they were able to get a newbie agent or they are working with fraudster. If you do not have a contract for that phone, all you have to do is contact your courier and have it unlocked. Pretty simple, you do not expose your identity to another company and your personal information and you do not need to pay anything also. Thank me later.
