On this one we do a front end level on an H3 Hummer. It's a simple process. I have always been a Hummer guy. I own an H3, I want an H2T and a Hummer first generation would be sick to own too. Hopefully those dreams come true for me. All in due time.

I love my hummer h3 too. I just had trans bucking in 5th and 4th at 430,000 km and parked it last week. I think I’m going to go hard on it and swap in a duramax. The rig is still in great shape for the year and has lots of life left. I would hate to keep running into issues keeping the high mileage engine and trans going so I figure this is a good time to just do it. She has earned it over the years, bin a great all around vehicle and you don’t see many. Everyone knows it’s me when I pull up, love that feeling. I think giving it the diesel will take it to where it needs to be mechanically. 🤙🚛🇨🇦

Love the idea. Are you sure the issue is the trans? it sounds like the transfer case to me? just sayin! If you go thru with the DMax please make vids for the project THAT would be so COOL !

Pablo! good video man, try using a carpenter's level to get an exact measurement. I just got a H3T (Alpha) I want to install locking hubs on the front do you have any suggestions? Thanks in advance!

Hey there! Very useful vid. I'm looking at a 2006 H3 to replace my dying 07 Tahoe LT. Have you had any of the supposed "common" problems with the H3s (scored cylinders, leaky/warping heads, etc.)?

ok so one is the sunroof leaking and thats just all that i have experienced

Most the stuff you run into isn’t that bad. It’s a good build over all. The manifold change I did myself, that was the most expensive thing I’ve run into. I’m at 430,000 Km and my tranny is now having issues. I will not complain at all about that, it’s been a great ride and deserves to be fixed. I might just diesel swap it. With the price of vehicles I’m way better keeping this h3 going.
