Completely different situation here. In the case of Heard vs Depp, they have both been shown to be complicit in regards to “abuse”. Their own couples Therapist which is non-bias, said in her notes and on the stand, that there was evidence that they abused each other. Secondly, Depp actually sued her first. She is counter suing because Depp sued her. Depp is suing her because he believes she should be liable for him missing work due to an OP-ED she wrote. If the OP-ED says Depp abused her and their own therapist said that he abused her, where exactly is the defamation (which is what this lawsuit is about)? In this case in the video, a young woman intentionally went with Myron to his place to create a scenario where she could reject his advances and use it as clout. That’s obvious. It is sort of working as she is getting 15 mins of fame. But after all this is over, and the well dries up, she’ll be desperately lookin for something else to give her more clout, most likely “Onlyfans”.

But if you have done some other things to make it seem more possible that's kind of your fault. Bottom line though. @akoilngas12152 жыл бұрын
Saying no is an objective way of communicating that you want something to stop. Changing into a man's shirt, using mouthwash to clean up your mouth after he kisses you and tells you to fix your breath, and coming into a man's apartment at five in the morning after a night of partying and getting on his bed can all be (very) reasonably read as you wanting to have sex with him, especially given that he told you that he was interested in having sex with you early in the evening. She wants to complain about him not reading the room, but I think he read the room accurately. If anything, as D-baggy as Myron probably is, he stopped as soon as she told him to. That actually flies in the face of what a lot of people view Myron as. It's only after she got dropped after Myron stopped playing her game did she suddenly have this emotional wave of regret. She then disingenuously spun it as a story of violation. It was not a violation. The fact that H3H3 vultures in to give her a platform speaks about how devoid of character both H3H3 and this woman are.

I'm so, so tired of these attention-seeking, opportunistic people thinking they can just accuse someone without anything to back up their claims. They should not get away with this, ever, but sadly they do. At this point they do more harm to REAL abuse survivors than people who victim blame or refuse to believe the evidence of real crime, because they damage people's faith in justice. People who would stand by the real victims otherwise. And that's the most infuriating part.

He's victim of an attempt, and that should be viewed as that by everybody so it eventually ends up in these accusations becoming a crime as bad as the act they're accusing the victim of committing.
