Absinthe metamucil brand is also in powder form and is the most popular, but I'd suggest just going to any pharmacy and get whatever generic brand they have. It'll be right next to the metamucil brand, but it'll be cheaper. It's all the same shit, so the brand doesn't really matter, just some brands may taste slightly different.

Try the powder form!! You only need to do it once per day mixed into the beverage of your choice (even sodie pop). They make an orange flavored powder and a flavorless powder. If you tend to be a big water drinker like myself, I would definitely recommend the orange bc the "flavorless" is just weird in water. If you tend to drink a lot of juice or other flavored beverages, go with the flavorless and you won't notice any difference. Thank you for listening.

You can get a two pack of Psyllium powder from Costco. It's orange flavor and doesn't taste bad at all. When you go out and eat bad things, just come home and add a heaping spoonful to a glass of water and stir it up really well and drink it all at once. When you wake up in the morning to do your business it is so neat and clean you may not need to wipe! (but give it a little courtesy wipe just to be sure.) Works great!

I literally always put hand sanitizer on multiple tissues, and wipe, until I'm squeaky clean. That's the only way you can tell that you are perfectly clean. I do the same for my unit after I pee. And shower after I run, which I do twice a day. Also cleanse my insides by drinking a jug of vegetables every day, along with colon and kidney cleansing and prostate support supplements.

You can buy psyllium husks for relatively cheap. Also, the fact that you took a half dose is actually really key! The thing with Metamucil, is that just the right amount is key. If you take too much, it can actually plug you up! Taking a half dose is great for those programmer meetups where they give you nothing but pizza and beer. Also, bananas firm up the stool. They can be useful for preventing the runny stuff. Yes, Metamucil lubricates you. Soluble fiber does that. Unless you don't drink enough water. Then it can plug you up.
