As a dietitian, I’ve got to say, he’s got some good points there at the beginning. When you just break down a slice (depending what’s on it of course).... it can be a great choice. But as he mentioned- NOT when you eat a large quantity however lol. That’s the catch. Because I get it- it’s not always easy to stop at one slice! Most (if not all) foods have a place in a healthy diet. Moderation :)
