great insights from someone who is very wealthy. I worked for papa johns several years ago, in fact, i worked for several stores in the dallas-fort worth area. the work environment is the worst. the managers treat you very bad. they make you feel you're worthless and they are the best. i stayed there for as long as i could until no longer could bare it, so i quit. i started working for myself and since then i found what John Schnatter says, you got to love what you do. I just needed to say that. however, the pizzas have a super delicious flavor, i love them!

What a lovely person. Very healthy thinker and understands very well the true value in life! Be kind, have respect and learn from each other instead of a constant disagreement. I respect so much his love for quality furniture. Knowing that is something special enough to buy and not knowing how to use it is a lesson to many people as well. Most people buy stuff they recognise and makes them comfortable like a tv or so. He buys a preachers stand and see what he creates in the future. I do not have his money but choose to travel the world as a documentary filmmaker and so I did. Worked in over a 100countries and earned enough to live a pleasant live in the sun. Graham I could see you were overwhelmed by all the things but still kept a great interview. Thanks for sharing.

I put it all back and traded again and now I am rounding up close to a million..

I wish billionaires were more hands on with their philanthropy, donating to corrupt charities is the slowest path to success. If you can develop a self-sustaining business that also aids humanity in some way. That's the goal. A billionaire could solve homelessness and demolish rent inflation, in a year, following a proper model and lose none of the wealth. Hunger is even easier. The biggest obstacle is the government when it comes to solving other issues, in education, drug epidemics, etc.... Even then, billionaires that live off of dividends, have the resources to start campaigns in towns, then, cities, then states. Essentially bypassing the impossible task of getting congress to agree on solving a well documented problem.

As cool as having that much money would be, what would it take for him to feel excited about life.. at that point almost everything he builds or buys is pretty much free compared to his net worth. Also finding real friends that he can trust because they don't care about his money must be almost impossible.

I feel like the honey would be a great answer. Maybe he has to re find the simple things and the things he can create and know that it is pure because he has had a direct hand in creating and controlling it……. Or maybe not

Friends are overrated. You buy a wife. She has to sign a pre-nuptial agreement. She becomes a stay-at-home wife. She just breeds. Your friends become your kids. You need nothing more than that.

I believe investors should focus on under-the-radar stocks, especially given the present rollercoaster nature of the stock market. 35% of my $270,000 portfolio consists of collapsing stocks that were previously respected, and I don't know where to go from here.

I think stock market will do well in 2024, so I'm thinking of putting $220,000 into stocks for my retirement. Any advice on doing this safely? Also, any important tips for the current financial situation?

Yes, truly, investing in the market, even if it's just the S&P 500, can keep up with inflation, because the growth rate of stocks will always exceed the inflation rate. But if you don't have the courage, you could just invest with a financial advisor, which even has greater return on investments, while securing your investment against losses.

Keeping money in the bank is like paying banks and the Govemment. Here's how it works: The bank gives out your money as loan, and charge interest obviously higher than inflation rate, and then give you, the depositor, interest lower than inflation rate. That means net loss for you. That is why I prefer to invest, and on average, my advisor makes returns that always beats inflation!

This is the good stuff Graham. Thanks for going to the next step of your channel. When he talks about the dentist who retires on the golf course and lets others take over, I honestly thought that was going to be your channel. Thanks for not letting that happen. The one suggestion I still have tho is the thumbnail for these types of videos need some work to make more people click. They look to much like the generic motivational crap thumbnail that everyone does. IDK the fix for that, but I bet this content will slowly gain more views over time more than the negative repetitive stuff you were posting. Could be like you're version of a dividend, and that's what Papa John does lol. The only other thing is this is a new style of video for you, please dont get discouraged if it doesn't get as many views as the other stuff yet. Refine refine refine. Stuff like cutting down how fast to introduce what you're doing at the start of the video, or more excitement for the first 10sec of the video. Those little details will 10x your views on this kind of content. Don't become the old retired dentist. Also, most people can hover over a video and see the first few seconds of the video before they click to play it, so just as important as the thumbnail is having a huge intro visually for the first few seconds. This one shows you walking in an airport then the papa johns logo. At the end of the day i'm just a dumb viewer and probably dont know much about making a video, but I'm excited for you and hope to see you blow up and I know this is the type of thing that will do it. You are the Mr. Beast of finance, you just need to accept that because the universe will force you to do what it wants, and any depression or anxiety about things is usually a fight against destiny.

Great video, I have always wanted to invest and start my retirement plans early enough, but I never did. I hope it is not too late for me? I will like good advice on how I can start up my retirement and put up some investments as well. This world in getting more difficult to live in everyday. One needs to prepare for the future and kids inheritance.
