In today’s episode of the Daily, Millionaire Property Developer, Ste Hamilton visits 3 sites today, 2 which are currently being refurbed and one which is complete and is currently being landscaped! At the first property Ste takes around his JV partner and updates him on the current development. The kitchen and bathroom tiles have arrived today so Ste gives you a run down on both and the reason why the colours were picked. At the second property, the builders are near completion with the floors currently being fitted. Finally, the third property the house is finally complete! Ste walks around with the team to snag but all in all the property is completed at a high standard. Landscapers are currently on sight and should be finished in the next couple of days!
Back at the office, Ste received a commercial property which he could potentially be buying! Ste intends to grow his portfolio a lot this year so any properties which are sent to him and stacks up, he will buy!
