so I think, you know process, first of all your H1's i-140 will be filled and then H4 EAD will be filled. I-140 takes about 2 years to finish, and EAD takes another max 6 months. so if H1 company is filling i-140 immediately, then about 2.5 years for H4 to get work authorization

Children under 14 and adults over the age of 79 are not required to provide fingerprinting. The consulate has specific rules and regulations to waive fingerprinting requirement for applicants with specific cases like permanent abnormality on the fingers, burnt fingers, scarred fingers, permanent handicap like one hand, etc. To learn more about such specific cases, please refer to the USCIS website.
