KORG MONOTRIBE VERSION 2 O.S EVERY NEW FEATURE SHOWN !

Here I demonstrate all the new features in the new 2.0 update operating system from Korg.
Version 2.0 is available for download from the Korg website.
N.B Volume automation is available for the synth part only.

@vaguelyreptilian I had to transfer the file to an mp3 player to get the update to work. Worth updating for 16 synth steps alone and you don't have to use the new features, it's still the same machine but with more options if you choose to use them.

oh wow never knew you could automate volume change in your sequence , so i guess its like adding accent .

You need to make sure you get the volume level right, I found about 75% of my laptop volume was ok. Also make sure you have the 3 green LEDs light so you know the mono tribe is set to except the update.

They bannished synchro and no memory because i think it would cost a lot. But they made a mistake. I dont think it was sold that much. Even if it is a B0MB💣

It is easy enough to memorise if you are using this thing to its potential. Overlay is not needed really.

I tried for a solid hour, could not get that bastard to update. I quit on it, but from this video there isn't too much I'd really miss anyway. Sample and hold would be cool, but I didn't buy it to be complicated, I bought it to be fun, and the update process seriously injures that.

if the batteries are not new it will not upgrade so maybe try with a power pack or fresh batteries.

How can i connect MONOTRIBE and MONOTRON DELAY to DAW software at once? I want to filter MONOTRIBE signal with MONOTRON DELAY and record it on DAW but i don't know which cables to use and how to connect them. If anyone can help it would be nice.THX!

Hello! I'm having trouble updating my monotribe. I play the update sound file in to the sync-in jack, and for a few seconds, it looks like it's working but then fails. I have tried adjusting volume levels, using fresh batteries, running the audio through an amplified mixer, converting the m4a to wav, trying different cables, playing it through different devices, and every combination of the above for hours. Anything else I can try? what worked for you? I want this update so bad!

Luke White make sure your using a stereo cable. You should see two black lines on the male adapter of your chord.

Yes mate This is a super vid because this instrument is a killer. I will never (got it when was released)___i Will never understand why "no midi". Ok i could sync it..... but ohhhh shiiiiiiiit.... You can make yhe whole city shaking with this instrument. Now. If i were now i would buy the Microfreak. Shame on me poor musician.
