Tha Japanese language is so much different from the Chinese language. When a good speaker speaks Japanese, it sounds crisp. Many Asians want to speak Japanese.

Respect for your curiosity. But let's keep the rules and manners. If you don't have a green car ticket, you're not allowed to enter the green car. If you don't have a reserved-seat ticket, please refrain from getting into a reserved-seat car. If you are outside the scope of your ticket, you will be charged the required ticket fee. You wouldn't want that, would you ? I hope you to have a good trip and memories. And thank you.

what are the dimensions of these wagons? how long is a train?
@iamagasaki40907 жыл бұрын
25 meters long, 3.38 meter width. head carriages are slightly longer than 25 meters. 10 carriages train = approximately 250 meters long.

why did the train guard bow to the carriage and the passengers?
@KeithTKO6 жыл бұрын
R Bousfield He apologized for disturbing passengers and also to thank them. In Japanese custom you bow when you enter and exit room in formal situations.

japan my friend.
@ridefast06 жыл бұрын
The more surprising thing is that even when all the seats are facing away from the guard as he enters or leaves the compartment, he still bows even though nobody sees it! I know this only because I sneaked a secret peek backwards. From a train, I also saw a traffic cop making 'directing traffic' movements at a road junction where there was no traffic whatever. Wonderful Japanese mysteries. Go figure.

Is there in these trains a smoking railway carriage ? Can I eat and drink alko in these trains \(*_*)/
@htolas5 жыл бұрын
I first took the Shinkansen in 1991, and then in mid-December 2018. Smoking is not allowed anywhere on the trains I took. It is also not allowed on platforms, except in smoking rooms set aside for the purpose. Eating and drinking (even alcohol) doesn't seem to be a problem.
@umevillage4 жыл бұрын
There are some designated smoking rooms. Eating and drinking is of course no problem!

Can those triple seats rotate? Nice to see the Japanese still care about forcing people to ride backwards while Europe and now even the US (new Avelia) now feel it's okay to make us ride backwards at high speeds. I hate this.
@htolas5 жыл бұрын
All the seats can be rotated, and the default position at the start of the journey from the terminal is facing the direction of travel. You can even turn them around to face other people in your group; but there's a catch - once you've turned it around, it stays that way until it reaches the terminal at the other end.
Thats suck. DId you get the permission from those faces in this video to show in public, like youtube? PRIVACY, be respect others. Im wondering which country you are coming from, pretty suck?

it is a joke, the japanese are modern people but still use their ancient writing and so do the chinese. The egyptians don't use their hieroglyphics anymore. Japan and China never evolved from ancient times.

Language has nothing to do with the evolution of a country and their culture. The only reason the hieroglyphs stopped being used was when Egypt was invaded and overtaken by the Greeks and Romans during the Late Period, eventually leading to the Arabic takeover and their script being adopted. Not everywhere is going to speak English, and saying that a country is primitive because of that is one of the most ignorant things I've ever heard. None of the countries with English as a dominant or official language have trains anywhere near this level of advancement and efficiency; the US's rail system is a total disgrace. If anything, English speakers (namely the US) are the archaic ones by not keeping up with changes or their unwillingness to be open-minded for countless other things. They're so stuck in their old ways and refuse to do anything about it; instead, they complain about why they don't have this kind of transportation or any other life enhancer.
