Is it possible to have multiple slides with image or an interactive book again multiple page with images and hotspots

I thought that you may be able to use the Course Presentation and add multiple hotspots but no. Sorry. It looks like it is one activity type on its own.

Yes, you can use the text option, then highlight the text and add a link to any URL that you like. The add ur icon is a 'link' icon in the content item > Text (text area).

There are two typical reasons for this. One is that your Moodle install is not running the CRON which would auto install the H5P components. The second is you may need to manually install the H5P components to get them to appear.
