Aqui o mesmo problema. O Wifi sequer permanece ativado para realizar as buscas nas redes wifi disponíveis. Tentei a solução do vídeo e também restaurar as configurações de fábrica dentro do Android. Nada funcionou. Não conecta wifi e não mantém as configurações de data e hora salvos.

Download an app called airscreen. Its a paid app. This helps to do the screen mirror.
