Badam - 3 tbsp
Kaju - 1 tbsp
Saunf - 1/2 tbsp
Magaz - 1 tbsp
Kali mirch - 1 tbsp
Pista - 1 tbsp
Posat / Khus Khus - 1 tbsp
Elaichi - 4-5
Kesar - 2 chutki
Gulkand 2-3 tbsp
Cheeni - 300g
Pani - requirement jaise 400-500ml

Hi, i have tried this recipe using dried rose petals instead of gulkand as i didn't have it. It came out really well and much better than market sugar syrups having artificial flavor. Thanks a ton for such a nice recipe. I skipped kesar as i thought it might not suit in summer

Thanx bro. Actually ye thandai 10 sal pehle hmne kisi recipe book se dekh k bnayi thi or bht amazing bni thi. Mixer me chlane k bad to isme foam b khub bnta h. But bad me vo book kho gai to hm dobara nhi bna ske. Ingredients pta the but process thoda miss ho rha tha. Aj apke karan hm dobara bna payege. Thanx
