I am from sudan. The song is really attractive and left great emotion, even i do not understand the meaning, but i feel that it reflects the suffering of the oromos people. I heard before about the story of the singer, who is one of the famous oromos demand for their rights. No one knows the meaning of safety until he drinks from the cup of suffering. We are now going through the most difficult times in sudan. Definitely, the circumstances are different but the suffering might the same. We wish you also people of ethiopia and us continued stability and safety.
wow " fiqir beshewa liji " shewa land is unique all the 80 languages of ethiopia plus 35 fireign languages reside in shewa , specialy central shewa,,,,SHEWA RISE !!!

I really want to say thank you so much from my heart to all of you who showed your condolence towards my beloved and heroic brother hachalu hundessa. RIP sweet bro !!!!!! You live forever in our heart ❤️.
I never commented anything on youtube, but this song forced me to do so! I love it and I can not stop playing it in my head. can't stop watching .. what a great job, super and amazing video ! The cinematography is just unbelievable. This work shows that our language and culture are so beautiful, rich and that we need to be proud of. I left Oromia very long time ago and never went back to visit. This song makes me to think about where I grown up -homesick- West Harargeh, Oromia. My fellow Oromo, we must buy his songs not just listen/watch and enjoy it. They've spent time and a lot of money.... let's support them in order to have more of like this song. I'm from Eritrea but I love you hachalo 🇪🇷🇪🇷🇪🇷🇪🇷😭😭😭😭😭😭
I am an Iraqi. I have read a lot about the multi-ethnic Oromo people. It is a people from which most of the southeastern Kush peoples originated, such as the Somalis and Africans, Saho in Eritrea, and Nubians in Egypt and Sudan. And a large part of the people of Guraji .... Hashalu is a symbol of Oromo nationalism, and his songs inflamed their enthusiasm, and in one of his most famous songs he says: "Do not wait for help to come from outside, and it is a dream that does not come true. Get up, make your horse ready and fight, you are close to the palace ". He is 17 years old for participating in the protests, and while many have fled into exile for fear of persecution, Hashalu remains in Ethiopia and encourages young people to struggle to meet their demands.
