Yes, I also had to learn the hard way that to always be smiling can attract the wrong people towards you. If you feel uncomfortable in a situation, be it you being approached in public by someone, or even customers at your retail job, it's best to listen to your gut and be unfriendly (or just politely stern with your descision to not engage in conversation). To stay confident I first of all make sure I leave my house looking as presentable as possible, according to the place I am going. And then I stand up straight, stay calm and think about good things and things that empower me and I also stay present. It helps me a lot ☺

This video is amazing !!! I completely can relate to the part in the video where Eleonora is explaining being accessible to everyone . I was being too nice to people who wouldn’t even work on them selves and were just using me as their cheerleader everytime they were down and doubtful . It got to the point were the roles switched and when I was down and doubtful they were not there for me . As soon as I changed and told them I was not happy at all hanging out with them , they looked at me different . It was so energy draining where I chose to be by myself and not have any friends . You cannot be there for everyone always because some take advantage of you and you most importantly need to be there for yourself first. Walking away was the best thing ever and helped me stabilize my life and find more self worth in myself . ❤️🙏🏻✨

It's alright to change, but being constantly inconstant only makes us be more of that. You "never" know what you want. You want this, but then you change your mind. Be steady. Remember why you said you were going to do things a certain way. If it makes sense to change and it's better, do so, but if what you said IS what you really need, be firm with it.
