According to Google Translate, _Hace_ means _Does_ Does cold Does hot Las cervezas están calientes. This translates to _The beers are warm_ in English. Sometimes I can't tell if you're making an accent over the 'i' or not. You might want to do a closed circle above little 'i' and make the accent marks really strong every time so we can really see the difference. I think tengo frio/calor is correct. The difference is you’re saying I am cold/hot, as opposed to hace frío/calor, it is hot/cold. In any case, I hear tengo calor, frío amongst my Spanish speaking family.
