I came to his channel a bit later,but it was still a good 8,9 years. 43:28 I personally go subbed for anime because the characters say things, curse, or whatever differently in dubbed. I see dubbed as a paraphrase that tries to stick close enough to the translation. Dubbed is okay in some anime, especially when voices just sound weird, like Dragon Ball. Goku's voice, I could never tolerate, but his voice actor in dubbed sounds so much better. For Naruto, I recommend going subbed though. And in scenes like with Pain, you can really hear and feel the infliction in his voice when he strains his bodily limit for some ninjutsu. Last bit, it also depends on the characters you like if you wanna mix and match episodes from dubbed to sub and subbed to dub. If you like Tobi, go subbed. If you like Madara, go dubbed (if you look up videos of Madara saying stuff in dubbed or subbed, its like night and day. Dubbed is WAY better), for Pain go subbed. At the same time, all this is just extra work so overall, I just say to go Subbed for Naruto.

I'm a sub person in general, but Naruto's dub is probably one of the worst dubs out there. It's legitimately atrocious. The acting in the original Japanese isn't very good, tbh, but my god is the dub obnoxiously and intolerably bad.

@@in00yasha Baccano is one of my favorite anime of all time, and I would NEVER watch it in Japanese. For one thing, the dub is honestly fantastic. The actors do a phenomenal job, especially the guy who plays Ladd Russo, the train conductor, and Isaac & Miria. But also, it's an anime that takes place in 1930s USA, the dub makes the most sense as a choice.
