Do a video about lifting gear. Straps, wraps, belts and the like. Things to look for, things to avoid etc.

JM Blakley used to do a near max before his work sets also to practice the 1rm for the platform. Great vid, this works, also for deadlift for me but yeah the fatigue was quite alot :)

Coach, I'd like a video about the Hepburn method, and what would you modify about it( supplemental lifts/accessories). Great video.

I’ve been trying out a reverse wave approach to my bench press; and I’ve added 10 lbs to my old max in 2 weeks. I do 2 waves, 6/1/6/1, and it has worked wonders for me. the sets of 6 feel way harder even though I’m using a lot less weight than the 1s. It’s an incredible feeling expecting to get under a heavy 1rm and it moves so easy it feels like cheating

This is very helpful as I’ve been getting less actual workout days, but still trying to improve on the oly lifts. Def will try this kind of style on my oly days
