Hi Terry, how do you negotiate with your existing company when you receive a better offer? What will be your approach and if the negotiation fails, will you proceed to leave the company?
Hi Terry, thanks for sharing however I have a question to that. Should we not upload our latest pay slip to the hiring manager as I believed there’s normal procedure where the hiring manager asked for your pay slips? But they will keep asking for it as they want to confirm for reference check

Sorry for the confusion. I am not sure what the convention/laws are for other countries. It's unconventional for employers to ask such things in North America and even illegal in some states. The reference check usually is to make sure you did not lie on your Resume and you have no criminal records. If you happen to be in a location where verifying pay stub is common, that's very unfortunate - I don't think you have other choice. However, you can still negotiate hard if you have multiple competing offers at hand. I hope this helps.
Terry, if HR ask for details about the company, position, and salary when making a bidding offer, should I tell them ? i mean the HR in Taiwan, will they really verify on it ?
