Could have been a ROM Hack I would love to check out, but sadly, it seems to rely too much on using assets from other games (like Super Mario Bros., DuckTales, Chip n' Dale Rescue Rangers, The Little Mermaid, Circus Charlie, and some others) ruined it alongside the fact that some enemies and bosses are redone to act like they are enemies in a bullet hell game.

The remixed chiptunes are absolutely horrendous... Parody or not, there is never an excuse for horrible chiptune. To create good chiptunes you need to understand so much more than just notes on a piano and this is a perfect example where a C2 has to be a C2 instead of building a harmony with a C3 and using nuances to accent the driving melody. tl;dr Ask for help next time you think you want to try and be a chiptune composer... Rockman 2 REbirth, more like Rockman 2 STILLborn...
