On pc you can choose between Java and bedrock, bedrock is just less laggy for most computers and runs a whole lot better than Java. But yes most people who are on these servers are on a console/ mobile device but it’s only the mobile devices that suffer as consoles can plug in mouse and keyboard and play.

I recommend using hacks on servers which allow it. I have a client but I rather use allowed clients on servers such as Hypixel. I mainly use hacks on anarchy servers and if the server is P2W I might as well.
