I've found a way to X-Ray on Minecraft servers UNDETECTED. Time to not do anything nefarious with this at all xD

PSA its important to know, a lot of servers use pluggins that record the ratio of diamonds mined vs stone mined. If the ratio is too skewed, it's pretty much guaranteed that you're x-raying.

No offense but that's a really stupid way to determine if someone is cheating since it is possible for a player to have a high ratio by cave mining and having good luck or are mining with explosives.

The issue with this method is that there are plugins that count your ratio of materials mined. Meaning if your ratio of diamond mined doesn't correspond to the "usual rate", then you are flagged for the staff to investigate. Now of course each ratio work with each others, meaning you would need to mine x amount of deepslate to justify your ratio of diamond.

I’m not sure about ALL servers, but the server I nodded on for a few years would check all high diamond counts, whether the ratio was suspicious or not, anything over a threshold in the past 24 hours would get a check on their pathing to see if they were xraying and then just mining cobble/deep slate in mass to “justify” it, probably not like this for all servers because obviously a majority of mods don’t get paid for their time so they couldn’t care less to actually check the corelib command and investigate each and every player

@@DrakyHRT Don’t get it twisted the server is shit now, the entire old staff team quit after the merge from another server, to keep it short, the original owner (Luke) bought out another server with a staff team that was ran by a bunch of teenagers, while our staff team was ran by mainly adults, the teenagers caused so much drama within the staff and made so many threats that Luke stopped treating us kindly and fairly because of the integration, the builders quit because they weren’t allowed to use schematica anymore, which doesn’t sound like a huge deal until you saw the types of spawn maps that they all collectively built from scratch together with world edit on the build server and had to recreate block by block on the main server, Luke implemented a 5 hour daily requirement for all staff when he didn’t pay us but was making massive revenue, he became very hostile, the server became more and more p2w, etc etc etc, just a lot of pointless drama that made the server downfall very fast and it’s a shell of what it used to be, the community is toxic as shit now and the mod team is hardly online and when they are they’re just straight up rude or don’t even listen to you, abuse, etc etc

You could always do the Skeppy method, where you have a friend xraying and telling you where all the diamonds are, and then you (without the X-ray texture pack) record your perspective, so when you get banned you can send the video to the mods, as proof you weren’t xraying, letting you get unbanned and X-ray again

I've been an admin before, I've caught many x-rayers, but there are far too many cases where I think they mighta been xraying but I couldnt say for sure. The system I worked with was no evidence no case, if I couldn't definitively prove that you were xraying then I couldn't take action. This is likely the case on many servers, hence why a strategy like this works so well. That being said, it is very easy to accidentally get too greedy (especially when you dont have custom enchants) and give urself away. All it takes is 1 impossible clip.

Usually these antixray cheat alarms work by warning mods and admins that a certain player is gathering an unusually high amount of diamonds in a short period of time, i wonder how about players who just dig up every diamond vein they find saving them until they get a fortune pickaxe and just decided to harvest all their many dug up veins in one go?

As an ex-mod on a server one thing that usually tiped me off that someone was xraying was the markets. All servers i moded on had one in some form. One particular server had silkspawners and i found someone selling about 20 different spawners. Went invisible and followed them to 5 other spawned and cuaght them because they dug straignt down. Same with people selling suspicious numbers of diamonds. I would track theirn name then follow them around for a bit to see what they did. Some people were sneaky and others were blatantly obvious

Try it on the Performium Server. Those guys actually use the X-ray texture pack to help them catch X-rayers. The server notifies mods and admin if you've mined amount of diamonds in a certain amount of time which prompts them to begin investigating you.

I think they key is to just leave some diamonds in the way as well. Just go out every other block like 10-15 blocks, but then once in a while leave some diamonds laying there. The thing is though that diamonds these days have little to no real value anyway. With fortune 3 (and on servers like this with features like dynamite you can often even buy higher fortune rates) You can often get a stack of diamonds from 2-3 veins.

You believe you can. Me having x-rayed for an entire season on a semi popular server, seeing dozens of x-rayers being caught, I know you can get away with it. There are many ways to go about it. For example, you can plan your stripmines to hit as many caves and diamonds ores as you want. If you continue the strip mine for 250 or so blocks, no-one will suspect a thing. Another one is mining large rooms. You spot an area with exceptional quantity of diamods, so you mine the whole area. It doesn't look like you cheated, because you're in a rather large open space, where bunch of diamonds just happened to be.

not just X-ray but ESP, free cam, and tracers all do not send extra packets to the server. there are algorithms to detect if it they might be via weighing the amount of time it takes per mined ore, but there is no actual way to detect some hacks. I know this from experience because all those are ones I used a lot myself. I never got caught because yes your theory is right that its all up to interpretation from a mod or admin... another cool thing about some tracers is they will still be able to detect them while they are in vanish (depending which vanish plugin they use and if they are using super vanish or not). one more thing about X-rays, you can see through lava because you pick and choose which blocks you want to become invisible or not in the xray settings(that includes water and lava and all ores), its just most new hackers wont know that at first so lava is still good general protection... ironically enough my last time on a huge server i went on to be a mod and used my knowledge of hacks to help stop hackers. some servers even have a texture pack that prevents x-raying. the pack will turn what would have been invisible textures on your screen to every single block being an ore. some servers have a fake entity that will follow you around and you will only ever see it if you turn tracers on lol. that was an easy way to spot some hackers. but if you know its there you just ignore it.

sometimes I do this for fun and to test the anti-hack plugins a server uses so I can get proof they're actually worth buying for my server. it's quite funny. got 6 packs of netherite ingots once. coulda gotten more, got caught for flying tho lmao. people really don't use the oldest anti-xray plugin there is (the one that detects if a player was way too lucky while mining and simply logs a message to the admins. surprisingly, the most effective one)
