The payment was declined due the credit card was blocking the intents to charge. I know they will send it back to change the method of payment but it's been 1 month and I haven't received anything, any package back or any sign... Please help, how long is going to take?

When you filled your case and have a priority date, means that wasn't rejected?

Thanks for your comment. That is generally the case, yes. With a priority date assigned, that means they will begin processing the case.

My sponsor filed h1b petition ( i129 ) last year but sponsor claims that USCIS might've lost the petition as the cheque is not encashed and pettition tracking number is not provided. I suspect probably h1b petition would have got rejected and they're simply miscommunicating that to make themselves look so clean. Any ideas ?

Hi i sent my i-751 l with waiver fee but they returned my packet and rejection notice that says i dint include payment and missing page does that mean my waiver fee is declined too and that i should i include the fee? Previously J1, applied and got approve to change of status as a F1 visa, now I'd like to also work to be able to sustain myself here and would like to change the F1 to something more open and maybe long term? Dear, i applied for H1b visa and my petition is returned back to USCIS as per mail received from Consulate. After Law suit, my lawyer sent me the Affirmation Notice received from USCIS and as pet the notice, my case sent back to state department. This notice states that "What the Official Notice Said This is to advise you that we have reaffirmed our previous decision on the above application or petition which the Department of State had previously returned for review. We have forwarded the case back to the Department of State for action." I sent this notice to consulate by mail but no reply. I am confused whether should i wait for the mail or i need to book appointment again with Embassy/consulate. Thanks to clarify please.

Hello, My package has been returned because the payment did not go through. I noticed that all the pages have a series of numbers printed at the bottom, however on a few pages rhey have been crossed out wirh a pen and there's "VC" written on it. I will definetely change one page of my application, specifically my I-94 status has changed (it was K1, now i am our of status). Can I just replace this page, or should i reprint everything because of those numbers at the bottom of all pages?

Hi There, My I-765 application for Employment Authorization got rejected due to a missing page. I have the following questions please assist me to re-submit the application. 1) I got back all my application, supporting documents, and cashier's check - stapled together . Do I need to add the missing page (I-765 page 5) alone and send it back to all others without removing stapled or do I need to re-fill all the application and print and send it back to you? 2) I can see the USCIS seal on the cashier's check. Shall I send the same or do I need to repay with a new cashier's check? 3)There is a line (strikeout) with "BB" at the bottom of form G-1145 and form I-765 ( See the attached image) . What does it mean? please advise Thanks
