@@theitfactorjameswheezer2852 Can someone explain what does hack the movies mean? It doesn't make sense literally or figuratively.
@harleyjackson37082 жыл бұрын
@@jamestamz It's just a fun name, dude. Doesn't really HAVE to mean anything, but if you must have an explanation, "hack" isn't just a computer term. You can "hack something open," as in dissecting something. We do THAT, but to movies' characters, plots and themes, hacking the film into individual sections and talking about the movie in pieces.

Next year on July 28th will be the 200th anniversary of the first live-action Frankenstein performance, "Presumption, or, The Fate of Frankenstein." It's the only live-action Frankenstein Mary Shelley ever got to see, and I just felt that is good info to add to the comments of this video 😁

The book sort of implies that Frankenstein broke the body parts down into their base chemicals and then reconstituted them into a humanoid form. That's how he was able to make the monster much bigger than a normal person. You couldn't really do that if you were using spare parts from a half dozen people.

I hate leaving negative comments, but the chemistry with Newt, and I'm not saying it's his fault, brings out the worst in the group. Often feels like a lot of arrogance and a show more about "being right" than discussing a movie.
