This hash board started behaving sporadically after it was in service for several days. When I went to pull it out for repair, I was shocked to find the middle section of the upgraded heat sink had completely detached itself from the board. All 8 nuts had broken free. In this segment I cover a new technique that insures the mounting nuts remain attached to the hashboard.
