Ive had hades ever since it entered EA, its one of my top ten games of all time, and its incredible how much it has grown over time. over 56k kills, over 200 runs, over 100 hours, and im still not bored

Hey Fruit, tip for Theseus and the Minotaur, just run around the outer wall, using the pillars to block Theseus's spear throws and kite the minotaur as he chases you. Kinda helps you deal with them one at a time

Froot with guan yu and cursed blade it's more important than with any other build to get as much hp ups as you can, since you'll need higher hp if you want to sustain at the last 2 boss fights.

hey fruit, on the third bossfight, with the bull and the shield and spear guy, focus the bull first before the shield guy, it will make the fight a lot easier. Don't mean to backseat game, just trying to give a tip. I found this game through you actually, awesome to see you play it again!

@Boog the Bear rogue-likes usually don’t have much carry-over from run to run (Spelunky, Binding of Issac, FTL) besides unlocking weapons or other variations on the runs themselves and they tend to lean more in to the procedurally generated levels and unlocking new weapons to add variation. Rogue-lites have systems (other than game knowledge) that change or upgrade your character from run to run like Dead Cells, Hades, or Rogue Legacy. Each run inches your character forward until you utilize the game systems enough to beat it.

You do be right about suddenly becoming godly at this game. It took me exactly four runs before I was beating it every time. The only time I’d lose is on Extreme Measures 4 Hades. If I leave that off I’ll pretty much beat it no matter the pacts I have on. That or if I fight Charon because for some reason the game has only given me that chance once so I can’t even practice his pattern. I’d surrrrrrre love another chance to fight the guy. I must be missing something to get the gold stealing chance to proc or whatever.

You should try out the Twin Fists of Malphon. Pair them the Poseidon Special you essentially become a gun that shoots enemies around.

Guan yu is the hardest of the secret aspect for me to use. Health regeneration is great....but Hades hits HARD. So you better be great at dodging.
