In typical F1 fashion they have recently changed the allocation for engine parts increasing some by 1 for the 2023 season. The yearly allocation of ICEs, Turbo Chargers, MGU-H and MGU-K elements from three to four.

Not really. They are going to sustainable fuel but they're never going to be all electric.
