Is this windows 12? I think finding a strong magnet and holding it close to the drive would be faster than doing it manually.

As a programmer, the real solution when u run out of space, is to get a bigger hard disk.... Do not consider deletion to clear up space, because you need a backup of everything, even a backup of a backup.
@amnesite35736 күн бұрын
I was prone to adding more hard drives, and then offloading all the VRAM onto a non-system hard drive, just to help my games load faster. Fun times.

I wonder if one of those files had a secret in them. The 'secrets are hidden in plain sight' folders

If you make text documents dashes photos dots and doc files pauses It says kio zee who knows if that means anything he just didn't look at it and I saw a potential connection

Love the roleplay :D 1 observation, the autodeleters delete the same file, you should lock them on seperate windows for optimalization.

God, the amount of weird nostalgia I had from the startup sound. 😆

@@Shadow_284 i grew up with windows 95 and 98. Nostalgia is real. Funnily enough i still own my childhood computer with windows 98.

This game is hilarious! Reminds me of a roguelike I played called Kingsway that also takes over your screen and looks like windows 98 or something. Should be listed on Steam and was definitely worth picking up!

Loving this incremental arc. Intro was super cute. Thanks for the deep dive into your past, I am learning so much about Dan Haelian.

Im a bit dissapointed, thats just a variation of an autoclicker. I expected uninstalling programms with errors, restarts, and driver errors...

the future is apparently going to just be doing clerical work but under the guise that it's all one big incremental game

Is it possible at the end when you deleted all of the last files together it removed the speed increase "app"? So that one needed doing last.
@ChrisVenus6 күн бұрын
Yeah. I thought that. I'd definitely have deleted things like the multiselect file before deleting the speed boosters. I have no idea if that was why it took so long but I'd have played it safe myself! :)

Yeah, I'm pretty sure there is an optimal deleting sequence for the last .exes

This was a cute game. About the old games it shows though, you might enjoy Star Control 2. At least the combat part of the game. I recall having a great time trying all the possible match-ups and figuring out how to win each one. And now the game is open-source.

for the end, you could have delelted multiple files at once.

I have to do this on my real computer, so i dont think it would be wise to play a game about something i have to do in real life, instead, you know, actually doing it. But it is interesting watching you do it fpr some reason.
@mireille01155 күн бұрын
@@reboot3332 Was gonna comment the same. don’t think i should be using the very limited remaining disk space to download and play a game about clearing files instead of actually just clearing out my computer xD

Watching a video about a guy playing a game about deleting files on the computer is kinda even worse
@Dimencia5 күн бұрын
This does look cool, but I'm just disappointed it wasn't a game about legitimately deleting your own files... that'd be kinda amazing. Something that just kinda offers you your old files one by one and, gun to some virtual character's head, gives you some minor incentive to delete them instead of hoarding forever

@@us4tiyny4n no "rm" in dos, it was "del". And it was inefficient, of course (that's microsoft for you) and prolly didn't have such a useful option like recursion ( /r, no dash in windows)
