aphro cast with poseidon sword used to be my go to poseidon sword build bc the cast acts like a really strong melee attack and with the extra cast damage it cleans room fast

I have a possible idea that I don’t think you’ve done yet (feel free to correct me if I’m wrong here). A true call only build, start out with Arthur and thick skin, roll for Zeus call chamber 1, and then take damage to activate the call until you can get quick favor and/or smoldering air. Not sure if it’ll be super exciting in the late game because Zeus call is just really good, but early game could be pretty funny

I saw the question about the 20 tauruses in the chat, if you're on youtube SupLuke - they're from a banned episode where they went to the Safari zone. It was never shown in the west for some reason

The reason was the several points during the episode that a loaded shotgun is brandished at people - at first by the safari warden and then by team rocket. They even shoot it at one point, albeit nobody is hurt.

26:30 or so Haelian talks about Routed speed runs. So... they are cool. Being able to ensure every story room, boon and item in pools are the best ones makes sense to me, but the use of the Codex bug (I think? the thing that makes the clock slow to a crawl but you can still move at close to normal speed in between actual chambers) kinda makes me feel like there are some modifications to the game happening that give a Super Mario Bros warp tube skip kind of hack going on. Maybe I'm just new to speed running and this is all part of the fun of playing a game to the utmost level of speed that my latent-old-man brain doesn't quite grok.

welp addin the 37.2+30 of second wind+15 from knucles you got 82 porcent of dodge chance with second wind active,if you had gotten greater evasion it would go up to 100 if i'm not mistaken

I don't understand how a game coder's first instinct when implementing a game mechanic is not to CAP IT. Diablo understood this, anything should cap at 75% resistance wise.

Well sometimes you make the conscious decision not to cap something just for the purpose of wanting to see how stupidly far people can go with it. I'm thinking about player movement speed in movement-focused games; Celeste didn't cap movement speed and that's part of what makes it such a popular speed game.

because, its very hard to keep up the bonus dodge from reflex and using call. i also played around 20 heat with a 7 min timer per room and dispite losing death defiance twice i still ended up with zeus and his call recharge buffs along side both hermes dodge boons. and got a 3rd hermes boon for +3 dashes for easy ruthless procs. I prefer this because its not like dps has a cap in diablo and there is no downside to saying, my last 2 rooms and the boss battle is free because it just makes for one more unique experience the player can have by going for stacking certain boon+weapon combos.
