Let's consider a few good basics: 1. Lack of exercise: Prolonged sitting or should I say not exercising is bad: your muscles loosen up which leads to a more frequent need to use a toilet (especially at night so you wake up tired - your nervous system did not have time to recharge), and your lymphatic system does not get fully activated/regular sweating is important although initially unpleaseant to cleanse your body, etc 2. Water: Drinking water is important not only for hydration but for cleansing of your body and for making your stool softer 3. Food: Your body is a sacred place, so do not eat chocholate and sugary food that activate bad bacteria and clog your intestines (harder stool) AND - very important 4. TOILET PAPER: Your - toilet paper - could be the real cause of your itching and similar problems. If you give a good look at your toilet paper you may notice fine particles of dust that when you apply pressure will get lodged and cause most of those uneasy or irritating problems. Do respect you royal body with due care and just wash it more often. After you have practiced 1,2,3 and 4 and you still have a problem do go and see your doctor.

I used to have UC mid to late 2012 (I mean I had this on 2 occasions) and had surgery to remove part of the colon and part of rectum with a Drainable ileostomy bag in situ. Ever since this I have a lot of issues with haemorrhoids lower rectum. Ive been dealing with internal hemorrhoids. These are painless but cause a lot of bleeding. Try sitting back in bathtub in warm, not hot water about 15 minutes, 3 times a day, bending the knees. Apply Preparation H after gently drying off each time. This should help. I understand your concern. I'm a long time bodybuilder and this can cause a wait time toward recovery when you want to lift. Do what I do. Start eating vegetarian . See if it helps. Add greeny vegs. Don't eat oily spicy or any of that garbage. Eat fruits. Banana . About 2 to three per day. Buy a hemmeroid cream. Apply it every time before defecation. It really helps. Don't force . Clean the area and then soak your anal opening in warm water for 15 minutes. Called a sitz bath. 3 times per day. Add cream after each sitz bath. 3 times per day. Drink a stool softener before going to bed. Everyday. All these will reduce the pain for sure. Once the pain and uncomfortable feeling goes away. Then go back to normal food. But if you do this for 3 to 4 days you will see a difference but don't think it's over. Keep doing it or it will flare up again

The intense bloating pressure is under control thanks to the fiber. Most of the time it is gas escaping in small quantities constantly. This causes social problems. The doctor said I have a mobility disorder. I can not feel gas pressure in the rectum, I can only feel the air escaping after it has happened.
