Before he said that he was already aiming his mp7 at Randy’s car before he said “ok I’m going to warn them” showing how badly he wanted to just get to the point and shoot them, it’s pretty obvious the way he knows that his warning was not heard by any of them and then communicates back to the officers that he’s warned them.

I agree that criminal high speed swipe = assault and officer giving himself a verbal warning before opening fire is how i see the situation playing out. Criminals were expecting to be chased, just that the server rules state that officers would need to give a warning before any action. If criminals opened fire on police without any warning they would get a 1-3 day ban for the same situation with reversed roles. The difference in treatment has led me as a viewer to stop watching these situations when they occur due to the stark difference in treatment. I come back a few days later and see an officer do a "bannable" offence live and i tune into another streamer(Same sever different gang). Within a few hours an officer would do another offence a criminal would be banned off the server. Rise and repeat this action for a few days. These situations occur consistently multiple times a day with different groups perpetrated all by the police force with little (1-2 minute verbal warning, sometimes less) to no repercussions. Flip through nopixel youtube channels for groups and you can see that a situation occurs similar to this every few days as in police do a rule break or instigate a situation that would be bannable for a criminal or civilian, instead receive little to no punishment. I follow 4-5 groups and I can visually can see that this occurs to people on the server minimum 1-2 times a day. It doesn't look bad when you are only following one group. What tops it all off, is that majority of the perpetrators know what they are doing and have no remorse. They do not attempt to rectify the situation, instead they will escalate it instead and celebrate it.

I think a lot of nopixel streamers need to learn what the term insanity means. Its doing the same thing over n over and expecting different results. I think like 99% of the streamers on the server are burnt out but for some reason most wont ever just try another game for a lil bit. I get that the numbers would drop in the short term but i think it would be best overall as everyones numbers seem to be dropping and its because those veiwers are figuring out they're going in insane watching cause its the same cause no ones motivated to actually create content like through roleplay cause they're burnt out.

One report shouldn't get someone perma banned, it should be a warning and since the pd doesn't hold it self accountable for how they're roleplaying, you have no other option but to go to the admins if you wanna see something change.

"I don't report anybody" and there is the issue. Koil has said a million times that staff will not intervene unless they choose to report. Ramee tries to take the high road and have things organically change when he needs to use the system in place to change pd. If every crim reported everytime something like this happened it would stop happening. As sad as it is you have to change this by making the streamer lose income.

I see it as the PD currently have no examples, bloom learn cop from wrangler so obviously he did stuff like that especially towards CG. the PD right now have no good cops as examples. The "newer" cops learn from the superiors and we have come to a point where bloom manages to become a corporal. If maybe ramee plays Conan a superior with Lieutenant rank that will FIX these cops maybe we would have less interactions that sour the mood. Because it's like what ramee said back in 2.0 cops have a lengthy process to become cops. Now most people can apply to be cops and just be on duty for a while to raise to their ranking without anyone properly reviewing what to do and not to do.
