I made this it turned out so delish.. I recommend u trying.. But here's a tip.. Make the caramel in the end.. When everything else is done.. Meaning when the cake is done.. Then make the caramel cuz i made it in the first place just. Like she did.. It hardened when i was done making the cake n then i had to melt it by putting water in it on lowest flame.. N keep on stirring the caramel when it's cooking otherwise it'll crystallise n u don't want it to crystallise do u.. N if any crystal appears during stirring then simply break em

Hey, you can put it in the microwave for 10 20 secs or until it becomes a runny consistency. Hope that helps!

Done this a couple of days ago and it was absolutely amazing, though I have to use only 3 eggs instead of 4, used cake flour instead of APF and a bit of instant pudding in the cream for topping to last longer its stiffness then kept in the fridge. I would definitely recommend this recipe, best served chilled. Thanks.
