you'll need following ingredients
4 potatoes
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper powder
3/4 tsp salt
2 tbsp butter
1/2 cup cheddar cheese
1/4 tsp oregano
1/2 tsp red chilli powder
chopped green coriander
1 egg
1tbsp sugar
1 tbsp milk powder
1 tsp salt
2 cups flour
water as req
2 tbsp oil
green raita/sauce
1/4 cup mint leaves
1/2 cup coriander leaves
2 green chilli
3-4 garlic
1-2 ginger
1 tsp roasted crushed cumin(zeera)
1 tsp sugar
1/4 tsp black salt
1/4 tsp pink salt
yogurt 1/2 cup
1 tbsp green chatni sauce
