i had that tank to start :) it's good. I now have a 55 gallon which is awsome. If i was you i'd have a thicker layer of gravel so u can bury the pots and allow roots to be put down. Will help ur plants to survive.

@1Filmproducer yes it is worth it. i got mine for £76 without stand but stand isn't needed in my opinion cus it isn't too heavy. I have mine on an old TV stand and it worked fine.

I've just got one of these as a start up tank. In the guide book it recommends using the elite stand, is this just an attempt at making more money out of us or would a sturdy cabinet do? Thanks.

wow whered you get it from and how much?? cause im looking to buy one from my local pet store ( filter is not stingray) but its 84 pounds is it worth it Thanks
