Hagrid's: The most COMPLEX ride ever made!

In my experience, a night ride on Hagrid's is truly magical. I didn't go through the entire queue, as I had a 1-use skip-the-line pass I was given at the front gate as an apology for one of the staff accidentally putting the wrong date on my express pass when I purchased it in-person and the time I spent getting that fixed rather than entering the park and getting on rides. I made Hagrid's my last ride of the day, so it was dark by the time I got to use that special pass, and that was definitely the best time to ride it. I still prefer Forbidden Journey because of the way the robotic arm moves you around and how impressive the physical sets and monsters are and how close you get, but Hagrid's is a close 2nd at the entire resort for me. I was unfortunately stapled on Velocicoaster, so the airtime was hurt, as were my thighs, and I could not experience the coaster at its best. The Mosasarous Roll was still great.

Rode it! Only had to wait in line for 3 HOURS! It was still worth it though

A couple of days ago me and my mother got to skip the line for hagrids since she was in a wheelchair. She was very happy to not have to wait in such a long line but was absolutely terrified while on the ride!!!

Great video man. Hagrids is my favorite coaster for many of the reasons you listed here. My absolute favorite though is riding it at night! I probably rode it about 8 times before finally riding it at night, and it is a totally different ride! Such a cool experience. Great video and you got a sub from me! Please keep up the great videos!

I rode it for the first time in February of this year, and it’s one of my new favorite roller coasters. Of course, it seems to get plenty of downtime because it broke down on the last day of my trip and the line stretched into the abandoned Sinbad show.

1st time I rode it I somehow managed to get first row motorbike, it was absolutely incredible.

Thank you for letting me know! That was an error on the editing side, however, 90% of the clips used are natively 720, so not a biggie.

It is one of the most complicated coasters in the world to operate. Normally today it will have 10 trains on the track at once with multiple launches and brake runs which is very hard to pull off successfully. There's also 2 switch tracks, a reverse launch, and dual drop tracks to manage in addition to the 10 trains with multiple launches and brake runs. It's actually amazing how it doesn't go down more often. It runs pretty well now. That doesn't mean it never has any faults or stoppages but it's now where near was it was an opening. They still don't do 12 train operations today because its just super hard to do and makes the guest experience not as good because they really have to rush guests on and off the trains to successfully pull it off or else the coaster will start cascading which then ruins the experience for those in the middle of experiencing the coaster. This still happens if there's an issue loading or unloading but it would be even worse with 2 more trains in motion.
