You should hold out on the SOULTANICALS Hibiscus Butta Shampoo and the DC until she restocks the salon sizes (I keep the salon sizes in my stash). And the Curlsmith Bond Curl Rehab Salve I buy a couple of the jumbo size directly from the Curlsmith website during their 40% off Black Friday sale. I have fine medium density hair so two jumbo bottles last me until the next sale.

Ecoslay products definitely have a shelf-life. So it may be the amount of time you had that banana DC in your stash. I know personally I've experienced my jello-shot not having any hold and making my hair frizzy, which is very weird for jello-shot. My guess is I had it in my fridge for too long. The one I bought on black Friday works just fine. Sorry for the long comment😩😩

Do you find your hair sheds a lot when you wait too long in between washes I hate it! 😢

Oh for sure. Hair sheds each day so the longer you wait the more shed hair especially since ours usually gets trapped and doesn't actually get a chance to "fall out". The ball of hair looks crazy but I still somehow have hair on my head 😂

Despite the negative experiences I've had with Miche Beauty's deep conditioners, I bought a mini size of the lavish leave in and a jar of the pineapple firm hold gel because the words "firm hold" and "anti humidity" were too overpowering to me to say no. Fingers crossed that they work for me. 🤞🤞🤞

@@NJEberhart Small update. I'm on day two of my Wash day and I can already tell that my hair is not going to last more than maybe one more day. The application process on wash day was stellar and I loved how luxuriously soft and clumped my curls were, especially the crunchy cast was the way I wanted it, and the diffusing process went well enough, but now on Day two it is VERY separated and frizzy. The hold is mostly gone on all my top layers and the back of my head is a rat's nest despite how I meticulously sectioned and styled everything. I think me and these products just weren't meant to be 😞. Maybe next time I'll do a deep clarify and a bonding/protein treatment but right now I'm just happy I don't have to go out in public and be seen by others.
