I bought two bottles of that cucumber shampoo. It is the best I’ve ever tried. I could actually go straight into styling afterwards and have no regrets. The lemon and rosemary is nice though, I think you’ll like it.

Hair looks so good! I took your tip on using the NB green tea smoothie as a prepoo and cocktail it it with their other prepoos and I now love it. My 1st experience when I tried it like the instruction say, was a bust. I also love that MK prepoo and have a couple of these in my stash. Haven’t tried the NLS one-it’s not on my radar but I really really like the products that I have tried from them.

I haven’t used anything from as I am in like 7 years. I have the NLS cucumber shampoo is my stash and I’m ready to crack it open bc I’ve heard so much about it. TFS! I think I’ve been dealing with some hard water issues and although I love how gentle the NLS cucumber shampoo is it’s not effective at cleaning, it’s more like washing with a conditioner with a lot of suds. I’ve been really enjoying TGIN moisture rich shampoo. Gentle but still cleansed scalp 😌 I recently tried Kinky curly come clean and enjoyed it. It will be my clarifying ace.

I just saw DHL notified me that they’ll be delivering the package today 😁💃🏿. When I make a purchase, I have to ship them to a ‘Planet Express’ mailbox in the USA (California), then have them ship them to me in London, because NB does not ship to the U.K. (London). But it’s worth it 😩🤷🏾‍♀️. I have a USA mailbox with ‘Planet Express’ for companies that don’t ship to the U.K.

I feel like you're high porosity or maybe medium? I got that LOW low porosity / protein sensitive hair, I clarify 2-4x/month with Kinky Curly Come Klean and cowash 2x/week. Prepoos are a foreign concept for my hair lol

Hey love 🤗. I’m def low porosity. There’s this myth that all low porosity hair is protein sensitive or only needs to clarify and that’s not the case. I clarify once a month and that seems to work fine. You are missing out on the prepoos lol. But hey I do know it’s an added step lol.

@@NJEberhart I think 'oversimplification' explains it better than a "myth" lol.. 9 times out of 10, if someone is protein sensitive, they happen to be low porosity but that doesn't mean everyone with low porosity is protein sensitive. On the other end people conflate high porosity with damaged hair because they assume that since damaged hair leads to higher porosity that all high porosity = damaged hair. I look at "protein sensitivity" as an extreme end of the spectrum that exists on the lower porosity end, and on the opposite end "damaged hair" is the extreme end of higher porosity.

I’m not a shampoo girl either. Any will do, BUT I never thought that I’d actually LOVE a shampoo until I used the Mielle Organics Pomegranate ahampoo! That thing actually detangles your hair and it has moisture.
