@oBrendy Some Type 24s did carry 20mm in the wings, depending on which factory where they were produced, and whether they were installed in the field. Also, Type 24's had a tailwheel - like the one in the vid - whereas earlier versions had a tail skid.

in the Spanish Civil War they called it " Rata " means Rat. "The I-16 fighter was nicknamed "Rata" (Rat) by Spanish nationalist forces and their German and Italian allies who encountered the highly successful aircraft during the Spanish Civil War"

What does it mean "rata"??? I have never heard that I-16 called this. In Russia we kalled it "ishak" (ишак).

It's not a Type24 maybe Type17 or 28 because of 2х20 mm cannons in wings
