Reza is very passionate about his Hyderabadi biryani and he kept sending me pictures on whatsapp and DM on Instagram. I have to admit, the biryani in the pictures did look tempting. One fine day when I opened my Instagram and saw his DM, he had created an omlette and named it after me. The ingredients were exactly what I like in my omlette with his Parsi touch ofcourse. Its not everyday you get to taste a dish named after you. and then came the picture that you see in the thumbnail of this 10 kgs of hyderabadi biryani that he had cooked. I decided to visit his restaurant to have one of my top favorite dish biryani and to taste the dish named after me. I am a regular visitor to LOB.I would like to mention here is that Reza is not acting here for the shoot,he really is a joyfull character.He is cheerfull who keeps a nice rapo with his customers.Kids espicially like him as he surprises them with a cup of icecream or a chocolate.Irani cafes are a treat to visit not only because of the mesmerizing menus but the owners with a warm heart like Reza.Keep up the good work Reza.Love your Hotel !
