Owners are collected rents from the employees in the Hyderabad more.But now due to covid they are charging more than normal rents.

majority of owners reduced rent to some extent and gave it to rent.. we reduced the rent and gave it to tenants after having the portions vacant for nearly 10 months. not sure in which area did they increase the rent.. and im not sure why you/someone is staying in there as there are lost of vacant house out there where u could get house on rent for lesser price.

కరోన కారణం గా కాదు...అతి దారుణం అద్దె రెంట్లు పెంచేశారు...10,12 వేలకు తక్కువగా ఎక్కడ రెంట్hose దొరకటం లేదు. ఇంకా మంచి hous లు ఉంటే 15 వేలు..ఇంత అద్దె ఇచ్చి ఎవడండి అద్దెకి ఉండేది..
