可以用烤箱,少油更健康,传统牛舌饼以及类似的蛋黄酥饼都是在烤箱里烤出来的

Hey there im henni from denmark and i LOOVVVEEE asian food, i was seeing a documentary here about 4 weeks ago, with a brittish chef, that was travilling in japan south korea thailand china and so on, i cant remember if it was in korea or china think it was in china, at a street food marked were there was a man he was making some kind of crispy butterdough with bacon/pork chops and spring onions/green onions, it was inside the dough then he made it to a kinda flat bread, cooked in swine fat/pork fat i cant remember the name of thise bread, or how the dough is made perhaps your might having a ideer of what kinda bread i am reading about
