As a recommendation "Daiya no Ace" is amazing. It's a baseball anime, so if you like baseball, you'll love it. And if not it still has things going fo it like constant animation that fantastic, a variety a characters and development, and compelling story.

No worries about mixing up names, it's been a while - which is unfortunate but it is what it is! And you should know better, you watched Kuroko's Basketball, you know sports anime characters have to get their whole backstories and full two minutes of dialogue in before the ball is going anywhere. Regarding the new format, me personally, I'd watch your reactions even with just a timer (but that would make it harder for you to pause in the middle, which I always appreciate so don't do that lmao) Cutting the screen seems to work for a lot of people, adding a watermark might help. It doesn't need to be 4k w/ full volume etc., these are reaction videos, I watch to see reactions and hear commentary. Having the video there at all is so we can remember which parts and lines you're talking about, not so we can re-watch the whole show.
