Rob completely missed the fact that Shoyo's middle school team is made up of anyone he could find to compete. They all have their own sports they play competitively and just entered this tournament as a favor to their friend... Of course they're not going to win. Did he not see all the flashbacks of Hinata practicing without a team??? This punk just hates to hate, and while I can barely tolerate it in their other reactions, in Haikyuu, where EVERY character is super complex and layered, his toxicity is just pointless. What a shame.

as someone who plays sports you have to keep a cool head. you can’t start to get mad at your teammates and instead you have to encourage them. because once someone on the team gets upset the whole mood shifts and then no one cares to win anymore or play. you have to stay positive and keep trying until the end. even if you lose, that does not mean you’re necessarily bad, you just have to keep practicing to get better and keep pushing yourself. anyways you’re also supposed to love the sport you play so the main goal is also to have fun and obviously you want to try and win while doing that.

Rob has some serious toxic perspectives. I ain't hating but damn it's getting irritating. From him wanting Gon to rage more and turn into a monster to defeat Pitou for Vengeance to here where Kageyama is being a straight up ass to his teammates. He also has other views where it's kinda off putting. He also comes off as childish who always wants his point be heard and can't admit defeat. He also has this vibe of not wanting boys to cry and show emotion, that boys should be always strong. Toxic masculinity much?

Id want reactors to be true to themselves when they watch stuff so they give their true opinions. But rob is just killing the vibe and feels like hes being negative just to be that way. no one wants yall to be like "omg this show is the greatest ever :D" and not truly agree but rob barely seems to enjoy some of these shows and not jumping into it with an open mind seems kind of silly. I only got halfway through and couldnt watch anymore.

Just to show how Kageyama in the beginning was being aggressive toward his team despite winning... case in point. Rob putting a damper on the whole reaction experience by being aggressive toward the other guys simply because they didn't share his view. It isn't to say Rob was trying to be mean or was wrong its just his tone and the fact he was being combative when everyone was generally on the same page as him just less "aggressive" about it. Anyway have a great day guys, Rob you still cool at least you're real about your reactions and I can respect that.

Hinata showed up to the tournament with everyone besides him being a 1st timer. 2 of them are soccer and basketball players but they decided to join him for the tournament just so he can have the minimum required number of players to be able participate.

Best thing about this show is the dynamic between the teammates. Each character has their own personality and struggles they fight three but pull together cuz they all have the desire to win over everything. Y’all are in for a good one.

Throughout this reaction I couldn't stop laughing with Rob defending Kageyama by saying he wasn't bringing the team down. Especially knowing Kageyama ended up being rejected by his own team and ended up admitting his own faults. I have always liked Kageyama and all but the guy was a prick in middle school that needed a wake up call.

@Off Da Percs No, don't you remember when Kageyama's senpai told him he had to stop being selfish. The latest episode confirmed he needed change. What are you on about? He wasn't just aggressive, he wasn't thinking of what the spiker would want from him. He had to change throughout the series because he was like that. Don't you see how much he's changed from the "overly aggressive egocentric" guy he used to be? All I know is the attitude he had towards his teammates in the beginning was wrong. In real life you can't do that, and when I was in a team if you did what Kageyama did he would 100% either be benched or my team would put him in his place. I've been playing sports my entire life and have gone to a professional level. I knew from the begining of the series that Kageyama needed change.

@Percules there's a difference between kageyama in s1 than s4. In s 4, he wasn't aggressive. He wasn't yelling at them or insulting them. Theres a moment in s4 where kageyama wasn't calm at all and was going to blow up but thank goodness he calm down because of shoyo. Being hard or critical on your team isn't bad. It becames bad when your approach to it is bad or at times downright disrespectful (Eng isn't my 1st language) no one is going to respect what your going to say, if you don't respect them back. There's a reason why Oikawa for the longest time was a better setter than Kageyama.
