She has had naturally skinny legs. But the waistline shape and sculpt is because of Pilates. Her old photos of her waist were like a straight line, but Pilates def gave her a good curve and definition. Her shoulder are naturally broad, so idk if she’s done anything for that.

Combine Pilates and Strength training with healthy foods, veg, fruit, water, clean proteins and do not be afraid to eat what you love. Try not to eat junk food often, and even restaurant foods and stuff as healthy as they mat be, they are never healthier that what you'll cook at home. But best is stay active, walk whenever you feel like it. Generally Hailey has a few tips and such on her channel on what she does in general, but over all it is all about adopting a lifestyle that fits best to you. It should take some time and trial and errors for you to see what your body desires. Also Hailey has always been skinny and an athlete as she did ballet, therefore maintaining this body all her life is a lifestyle. Hope I helped and hope you reach your goals. Remember that anything you do you do it for you!
