I really appreciate you touching on the stark differences victim's who are black versus white go through. You show how it's not just the individual person who might stereotype the black woman, but also the judicial system. If the judicial system didn't present its prejudice against black victims, maybe individuals will start showing their disdain for racism in the system. @@BurrosSWE True. And It is also true that non white victims are unimportant to the authorities. Both coexist in the same reality. I might be mistaken, but Jeffrey Dahmer victims were mostly Black, Asian, Native American, Pacific Islanders and Latinos men. Police took their sweet time, plus the fact that some were gay/bisexual or assumed gay men and boys added to the further dehumanisation and lack of care for the victims. By their own respective communities and the authorities. That scum was going in and out of prison for different other crimes, including sexual assault on minors. He was seen around many places where those men and boys were last seen. Yet not one detective bothered to make a correlation, let alone check for his D.N.A. that was already in the system. They handed him back one of his last victim, a 15 year old boy from Lao. A distressed boy, who was found naked, bleeding from everywhere. The 3 women who found the boy, protested, the EMT said He needed serious treatment. The cops even went into Dahmer appartment , that was smelling of faeces and decomposing bodies. All Dahmer had to say, was that It was his 19 y.o. lover, They had a lover spat and flattered the cops ego by saying how much He admired what They did to keep the neighbourhood safe.🥴 Like WTF!

it’s usually the two sides of the spectrum of mental illness (as described by the theory) oftenly seen in serial killers. Paranoid disorders are sometimes seen in the early stages as just “introverted behaviors” or people that behave a little off, and on the other end, antisocial personality disorders (not to be confused by the name, as it has been popularized as something wrong) or phycophatic personalities are usually seen in people that manipulate and lie and are “charming” and easy with their words in order to do whatever they want to do
@angela70172 жыл бұрын

As a black girl, I really sympathize with the women that willingly got in his car. Honestly he probably wasn't even neccessarily an amazing "charmer". It's just that a lot of black women feel undesirable by ALL men of any race, today and probably even more so in the 80's. I don't want to speak for these woman, but someone showing interest and complimenting them was probably something they weren't used to. All of these women were beautiful and I know they're in a better place. If it wasn't for stereotyping and neglect, a lot of them could still be alive today. They were failed, but wont be forgotten. Rest in peace.

Even today, Black & Indigenous women get little to no coverage if something happens to us. It's tragic because both groups are already considered not of value. It just adds salt in the wound if your occupation is stigmatized or have mental health issues.
@TititoDeBologay2 жыл бұрын
Canada and some parts of the U.S. have epidemics of disappeared Indigenous women. In the U.S., there are significant pocket of Black girls disappearing in Metropolitan areas. It's fucked up and most times than not, local elites name, seems to always pop up, when and If there is an investigation at all. Only for the investigation to go quiet real quick.
@gm.88052 жыл бұрын
yeah exactly, because hailey literally says in the video, that if the media started giving coverage to those women, it could’ve prevented a lot of murders in the future.

Much love from Chicago 💗 thank you Haley. I appreciate the fact that you tell your stories. including this one. I remember seeing it on investigation Discovery and it just pisses me off knowing from you that when I watched it on TV. they made it seem as if the media & 🚓 was on the case. they were broadcasting it on tv. when in fact they didn't. thank you very much for your makeup tutorials as well. I like the way you do your makeup & hair and may you have a blessed weekend.

Hi Hailey! I’ve been bingeing your channel since I discovered your content like a month ago. You honestly brighten up my day. But girl listen I have this video idea 👀😅 there’s almost no content on the guys behind the movie War Dogs, David Packouz and Efraim Diveroli. The movie, although based on a true story, has a lot of exaggeration and events that didn’t happen… cause it’s a movie you know 😂 anyways thanks for making content 😁

It’s just more .. feeling in the story when you are makeup’ing yourself.. But you have me hooked girl 🫶🏻🫵🏼👏🏼 Keep Doing What You Do (when you’re doing your makeup 😜😂) (Swedish sorry if grama-mistake)

It’s so scary, He lived a few blocks away from my house. I remember walking home from school and seeing a bunch of police cars outside his house. I remember my friend telling me that her dad was friends with him and said he was just like any other guy, he never thought anything weird about him. He was just like any other guy. My condolences to the victims families and loved ones, may they r.I.p 🙏

i’m going to give you the benefit of the doubt because i do understand that youtube and their reasons for demonetization and “ad friendly” content and everything can be pretty strict and annoying but i would just like to make a note that i see this pattern sometimes where situations are blatantly racist but yet i don’t ever hear you use those terms. i see you go on these rants and i appreciate them, but i wish you would call it what it is. racist. but i don’t know. that could just be my opinion. love you lots! it’s just a thought.

I kinda agree. The fact that Black women weren't being told that there was a serial killer on the rise is due to...racism. It all just comes down to racism, because at the end of the day-- Black people were the ones who warned OTHER Black people about what was happening. Not the police, not the FBI, not the newspapers, not the media, Black people. We've had to be our own news coverage for years now. (I'm still glad Hailey talked a bit about it tho.)

i agree we should call things as they are but personally i think she probably is avoiding the actual word “racism” because of monetization, just because she seems really invested in it but that’s just my opinion! doesn’t mean it’s correct haha
