This is honestly required reading/watching for any thriller fans, so detailed and so many authors I've not even tried yet, brilliant work! *takes extensive notes*

I’m so on board with your opinion about Peter Swanson. Absolutely did NOT get the hype other book-tubers gave his books. The Kind Worth Killing was boring, predictable, and after reading it, I never wanted to read anything else written by him. Also agree about Freida McFadden. This video was spot on in every way! Riley Sager…the first one I read by him, Final Girls, had me hooked. Haven’t missed one of his books. Same for Gillian Flynn and Jennifer Hillier. This was a terrific video. Thanks for doing it!

Omg I feel so seen. I do NOT understand the hype around TKWK. It was honestly so incredibly boring, didn’t have a great ending and left nothing left for us to guess. No idea why it’s considered the holy grail of thrillers.

Gillian Flynn is my favorite writer of all time. I connect with her writing and characters more than any other author i’ve read from. For months I have been trying to find an author similar to her writing style and nothing even comes close. 😂 Also 1 hr video we love it🫶🏻🫶🏻

Wow, I had no idea about the things with Frieda. Only read The Housemaids books cause nothing else has felt appealing, so I'm kind of over that author anyway. Great video and perfect with ideas now that I want to break off my fantasy romance era with a dark twisted thriller.

I've only read one from Riley Sager and I don't intend to read anything else from him. His book Lock Every Door is copied off of a Japanese TV series called Ouroboros.

What a great video!!!!! So smart and well thought out I love it. I have to say the only thing I disagree with is Samantha Downey's He Started It. It's a 5 star!!! And I kind of love Janelle Brown 😊 And absolutely hate May Cobb bc she has like idk pedophilia vibes which is gross and no one ever talks about 😬🤷🏽♀️ I can't wait to try your therapist recommended books by Lucinda Berry and The Golden Couple which I can't believe I've slept on for this long

Great video!! I love to discover new authors. McFadden is such a hoax. No good writer can produce so many books so fast. I read one and hated her lazy writing. I tried a second but couldn't get through it.
