I just finished Daughter of the Moon Goddess and it is soooooo good!!!! I am now begging all my friends to read it so I can talk about it! Its so good, it is so immersive and doesn't drag on which sometimes longer books have a tendency to do. Definitely been added to my all time favorite books list. Cant wait to hear what you think of it!

the summer i turned pretty series is one of my all-time favorites. i first read it when i was in high school (i think either a freshman or sophmore). since then ive read it two other times. i own the books on my kindle and will for sure re read them again! its such a cute and heartbreaking series.

I have the perfect book for you: The Spectacular Now by Tim Tharp (it's a YA contemporary coming of age story) - the protagonist (Sutter Keeley) is this popular kid in high school whose main focus is partying. After being dumped by his girlfriend, he starts a relationship with this shy bookish girl (Aimee Finnecky). one of my main reasons for loving this book so much is that I found the portrayal of the fun loving party animal very realistic - especially when it came to how lost he felt after high school was over. it's a must read! 🤩💯

Oh man! I just finished the audiobook for Daughter of the Moon Goddess last week and it IS SO SO GOOD! Perfect romance, perfect enemy to lovers, perfect world building. I HIGHLY recommend this book to anyone looking for a new read. It might just end up being my favorite book of 2022 💗 P.S. if you think that cover is gorgeous look up the UK cover edition 😍

The summer I turned pretty trilogy was one of the biggest disappointments for me. I read the series two years back and immediately donated the books just because I personally felt they were super juvenile and just not up to Jenny Han’s other books standards

No disrespect, Hailey, you seem like a really smart person, but what happened in Romania in '89 is not a lesser known event in history. Maybe for most Americans because they're generally extremely self-focused and oblivious to the fate of the world, but the communist revolution and all the people who sacrificed their lives to stop a communist dictator was a huge point in history. I've talked to many people from all across the world and except for Americans, everyone knows at least bits and pieces of what went on in Romania back then. It's perfectly ok to say that you don't have much knowledge about that, I don't know everything that goes on in the world either, but please don't call it a "lesser-known history event".
