Lake Eva is awesome. So much to do for kids and mini beach.

@@orlandorelocation Question. Is Lake Eva a tad swampy since there is no HOA to take care of it. I’m looking at a home on Lake Eva and from satellite view on Google it looks like a lot of algae and aquatic weeds. I live in Las Vegas so I haven’t been in person yet.

Great video!!!! So informative. I am looking to move in that area in the next couple of months, and this helped a ton! You should have a lot more subscribers. Keep up the good work. 😊

We moved to Haines city about a year ago. Bought a new build. Definitely ALOT of new construction out here.. now hoping for more businesses to come. I think you’re right on with your assessments. A lot of growth here.
@orlandorelocation7 ай бұрын
It’s within the fastest growing areas in the us! But I agree hopefully we get more businesses to enter the area.

Traffic on i4 wasn’t like that 4 years ago from or before us 5:03 27 but now omg man, you can’t go anywhere without stuck in traffic I’ve been living in Kissimmee sense 1997 it was nothing around but trees hardly any traffic’s.

I know right? Crazy how every year seems to get worse. No expansion of roads or infrastructure fast enough.

I'm in Haines City (moved here from Aurora, IL back in 2020) and yeah, the traffic is an absolute killer. I always tell folks that if you plan on running errands, be prepared to spend at least an extra hour being stuck in traffic on 27.
@orlandorelocation8 ай бұрын
Yea leaving Haines city can be a mess heading north with that 27 traffic. Then you hit the 4 east and get smacked again with more traffic

I just moved here in February and yes the 27 is bad but not as bad as Miami traffic but what I will say if you learn the back roads you can definitely avoid the 27 all together. I honestly don't use the 27 anymore for the last 2 months now unless I'm going to the Hanies city mall area on the 27 but back road traffic is beautiful and you get where you want to go faster
@sweetsciencereport92647 ай бұрын
Why would you need to go to 27 for errands?

@@sweetsciencereport9264 there’s so much on 27. Doctors , dentists , the Walmarts lol.

After living in Orlando five years n hands down Orlando living is the best travel time to anywhere is easy the best schools tons of museums parks and family fun things to do so many great restaurants. Yes what you get for a home is better but with travel time being wasted in traffic for hours it’s not worth it I’m spending a lot on gas n 6 hours of my day driving back and forth to take my son to n from school n my business is in Orlando so my fiancé has a huge stress with traffic so if you plan on living in Davenport or Haines city make sure you don’t need to travel outside. And everything is more expensive food n gas.

$235 electric sounds AMAZING! hahah in San Digeo, the "delivery and electric generation" fees alone were $243... the bill itself was $619... 5br/3ba/2800sq.ft,,, we dont use AC very often either, its HIGHWAY ROBBERY OUT HERE... im visiting Orlando area in the winter to explore cheaper options. We have a condo down in Boca, been going down there for 30 years now

We just moved to Davenport it’s been a month can we sell it n find a house in Orlando?
@orlandorelocation16 күн бұрын
So selling a home so fast would most likely not be your best option but feel free to call! We can work through if and when it makes sense

If you own a pool at $250 for the summer months because you’re gonna run that poor at least 10 hours instead of 8 to 6 in the winter with the winter you’re gonna end another $140 if your not heating the pool to the electric bill and Davenport and Haines city

Where did you get the median home value? The cost of a house in Haines City averages about $325-$350K Also, Polk County has one of the lowest crime rates in the nation. Grady Judd has made sure of that.
@orlandorelocation8 ай бұрын
When you add new construction the average cost is higher. Also I’m excluding mobile homes because the majority of my viewers don’t buy those. As for crime I went off 2023 data, trust my I love Grady Judd and agree with you there

@@orlandorelocation I’ve been in Haines City for close to three years now and I live in a brand new subdivision. Brand new homes right now are going for about $325-$350K especially given the interest rates. If you asked me what they were going for 3 years ago you’d be right saying $375 or better. But not today. Meritage, DR Horton, Land and Sea, Casa Fresca, Dream Finders, Highland Homes, Ryan Homes, etc are building in my Subdivision 1100+ homes and none these days are above $350K. But the video is great! I wouldn’t call it Orlando Living though! 😂

Haha I do other videos about Orlando. Also don’t forget the higher end homes push the “average” higher I’m well aware discount builder Adam’s homes has cheaper options haha but glad you liked the video!
