Hello..it is usually not the case infact you will see lesser hairfall as there is not much detangling. However if you see more hairfall the treatment is not suiting you and it might be a case of side effect.

@@shradhabahety538 yes it is ,this treatment is completely dealing with a different issue ,however my suggestion is to tackle the dandruff issue first as post botox you will not be able to use any anti dandruff shampoo /remedies atleast for first few months.
