i use silicon rich hair care as it helps my coloured hair by protecting them. silicones are not bad! however there are some products that i use and are silicone free like rice water shampoo from wishcare, daughter earth- sesa also. you can try those :)

Pls do a video on indoor lights is tube lights and led bulbs provide uv radiation iam a homemaker most of the time I stay at home only With closed windows and closed doors with curtains. Hey Rubina , would it be damaging to my hair if I use a hair mask in place of conditioner every time I wash my hair ? I have healthy, thick and wavy hair and it isn't color treated. I'm currently using the Tresemme Hair mask(Keratin)- its more cost effective as a tub cost around Rs 450 on sake and last easily on my hair for 3-4 months. It really helps control the frizz on my hair a lot more than a regular conditioner - but I'm worried if it could be damaging to my hair due to the presence of smoothening ingredients in it. I wash my hair once every 4-5 days.

Thicker hair types benefit from using masks rather than conditioners , it isn't harmful:) I do do however recommend a clarifying shampoo once a month to get rid of product build up:)! Try the pantene lively clean shampoo, it works well to get rid of product build up!
